Ariba Pil Pil

We have a Mexican - Spanish gambas pil pil. A very well known tapas dish. Visiting Mexico, we gathered it's not all chilli powder. The mexican recipes we have eaten are much more about ingredients with amazing spices. We love these two countries speaking spanish and eating spanish. They are meant to be fused together.

Black Bean Rollmops

What an interesting combination. We love rollmops and have done for many many years. They originated in Germany and the little sweet slivers of onion compliment the super fresh herring, soft and tangy from the vinegar. The dark rich beany sauce envelopes the mops and delivers a little kick from added chillies. An indulgent treat, add some stir fried peppers to enhance this further.

Morecini

We all have left over rice, right. We have frozen or from the fridge - pilau, sticky rice, mexican rice. Once at chilled level only, we use these beautiful grains to surround cheese, eggs, and other fish such as crab and minced prawns and garlic . Wrap the rice around your favourie treat to create a new take on Arincini all crispy and cruchy. Serve with your special savoury, hot and cold dips.

Banglatelle

We love a fusion. Grown up children loves to "mix it up" in the kitchen. We think "really?" and actually tasting some of their creations, we think wow! that is something really, really good. Here we have a Bangladeshi mix with our Italian twist. This basically originated from finding Indian spices and quick to cook pasta (cupboard availability)  and hope for hot dish. Bang tastico!
