Ingredients
- 4 cups Seafood Stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 200g Ramen Noodles
- 400g Fresh Clams
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms and grated carrot
- Spring greens and nori seaweed to garnish
- Sea salt & ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the seafood stock to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings.
- Add the clams, sliced mushrooms grated carrots and simmer for 10 minutes
- Sepeartely pour some boiled water onto your noodles and leave to soften for 5 minutes
- Drain and add the cooked noodles to the broth and stir to combine.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and nori seaweed.
