Grand Orange Grouper
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 grouper fillets
- 1 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
- Scattering of chopped Mandarin in orange jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180 degrees, add the orange juice and grouper to a dish and cook for 10-15 mins
- Combine all ingredients except grouper, mixing well.
- 5 minutes before the fish is cooked coat with the honey to glaze.
- Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until browned. Turn fillets, brush with honey glaze and broil an additional 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily
