Hot Honey
Our hot honey is not a healthy treat but tastes amazing, the sweet savoury combo is always a best seller and a little added heat goes a long way. Not to mention chillies with their metabolism processes, this dip is a winner winner hot honey with dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Acacia Honey is super good
- 3 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes or 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, sliced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Add the honey and crushed red pepper flakes (or jalapeño slices) to a medium sauté pan or saucepan.
- Heat for 5 minutes and add apple cider vinegar, let rest and cool.
Pair with Smoked Haddock
Ingredients
- 2 Smoked Haddock Fillets
- 1 pack Green Beans
- 50g butter
- Baby Pearl Potatoes
Instructions
- You can dry fry, grill or bake your Haddock fillets.
- Boil your potatoes for 10 minutes with a collander on top.
- Place your trimmed green beans on op and cover with a lid to steam.
- Drain and add butter and seasoning., drizzle with your hot honey sauce or add to a side dish.
