A classic Spanish dish that bursts with depth, Gambas Pil Pil combines succulent prawns with a rich garlic and chili-infused olive oil. Served sizzling hot, this tapas favourite is perfect for sharing with friends and family along with other favourite small dishes. What truly sets Gambas Pil Pil apart is its simplicity and versatility. While traditionally served as a standalone tapas dish, it pairs beautifully with crusty bread, which is perfect for soaking up the lush oil. Alternatively, it can be complemented with a crisp white wine or even incorporated into a larger spread of Spanish delicacies like patatas bravas or chorizo bites, making it a flexible and crowd-pleasing addition to any meal.
