🪵 Our Artisan Smoked Salmon: The Ultimate Fuel
This isn't just salmon; it's a slice of culinary indulgence, meticulously prepared to achieve a smoke profile that is both delicate and deeply complex. We select only the finest cuts of salmon, which are then slow-smoked creating a velvety smokiness that distinguishes it from any ordinary fillet. The result is a texture that is silky-smooth yet firm, with a flavour that is both savoury and subtly sweet.
Ingredients
- 200g Smoked Salmon sliced as thinly as possible
- 200g Salted Butter, room temperature
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp spring onion, both white and green parts minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- sea salt & Ground Black Pepper
- 2 sliced Seeded Deli Rolls
Instructions

Make the tangy herb butter. Add all of your herbs and seasonings to a mixing bowl add the room-temperature butter. Then add garlic, spring onion, dill, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper, Blitz the mix with a hand blended or food processor to smoothly combine all of the ingredients in your butter.

Toast the baguette and slice

Slice the deli roll 1 inch thick, lightly toast and top with the butter mix and salmon.
