Love Me Lobster Linguine (or Fettuccine): A Date Night Masterpiece

Ingredients
- 1 whole Cooked Lobster
- 2 cups Cream
- 1 stalk of finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp chopped Tarragon and chives
- Sea Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red crushed pepper
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 14 oz Linguine or Fettuccine pasta
- 1 lemon and Parmigiano as required
Instructions
- Extract the lobster meat and cut the into chunks or you can finely chop it so that it is evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
- In large pan, sauté the onions in butter,add the garlic, celery and cook for about 1o minutes on medium heat.
- Add the chopped tarragon, red crushed pepper, salt, black pepper and stir.
- Add the cream and lobster and turn off heat, leave for a further 5 mins.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
- Make sure to reserve about a 1/2 cup of pasta water
- Add the pasta and mix in some butter, grate over some parmigiano, squeeze of lemon.
