Love Me Lobster Linguine (or Fettuccine): A Date Night Masterpiece

  • Extract the lobster meat and cut the into chunks or you can finely chop it so that it is evenly distributed throughout the sauce. 
  • In large pan, sauté the onions in butter,add the garlic, celery and cook for about 1o minutes on medium heat.  
  • Add the chopped tarragon, red crushed pepper, salt, black pepper and stir. 
  • Add the cream and lobster and turn off heat, leave for a further 5 mins.
  • Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
  • Make sure to reserve about a 1/2 cup of pasta water
  • Add the pasta and mix in some butter, grate over some parmigiano, squeeze of lemon.
