Before clubs, after clubs we all need to fit a quick meal in sometimes...a kind of feed and go. Crazy but true. Here we have our protein and carb fix to kepp them going, plus super tasty!

Ingredients
- 150g Rigatoni Pasta (per portion)
- 1 tin Tomato Soup
- 1 tin Tuna in olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Handful of grated Parmigiano reggiano cheese
Instructions
- Place the pasta in a pan, bring to boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- When soft, drain and add tomato soup, tuna and oregano.
- Heat for a further 5 minutes.
- Season and top with grated cheese.
