We love Fish Shawarma, it's a perfect fusion of tender fish and seasoned fresh vegetables. Our fish is marinated with a blend of aromatic spices. The yellowy glow from the tumeric is colourful and all fried to perfection. Scooped into a warm flatbread-heaven!
                    Ingredients
- 
1 lb. skinless fish fillets, cubed or Squid works really well
 - 
1 onion, finely sliced
 - 
4 tbsp. oil
 - 1 tbsp of Tahini
 - 
1 tsp. sea salt and Ground Black Pepper
 - 
2 garlic cloves, sliced
 - 
1 tbsp. Paprika
 - 
½ tsp. ground coriander
 - 
½ tsp. turmeric
 - ½ tsp Cumin
 
Instructions
- 
Heat the oil and chop the onion in half then finely.
 - 
Fry gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
 - Chop the garlic, add all of the spices and fry for 2 more minutes.
 - 
Add the fish and keep stirring till it’s cooked, for about 10-15 minutes.
 - 
Mix in one tbsp of tahini and season to taste.
 
- Serve with warm slightly toasted flat bread
