Baked Bream & Mushroom This delightful dish combines the tender, flaky texture of baked bream with the earthy, umami richness of mushrooms. Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 Sea Bream fillets
- 6 - 8 button mushrooms, sliced
- 100ml cream, 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fine green beans
- Sea salt & ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put a baking dish, dish in to warm in the oven at 200°C so the butter melts Add the fish to the pan and turn a couple of times to coat with the butter. Add the green beans to boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Spread the mushrooms around the fish and add a splash of cream.
- Cut the lemon into wedges to serve with the fish.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the fish, and then drizzle the oil, salt, and garlic powder over everything.
- Bake the fish for about 15 minutes.
- Toss the green beans in butter and serve with the reserved lemon wedges.
