Alabama White BBQ sauce is great because it offers a unique, tangy, and creamy flavour profile, unlike most other barbecue sauces. It's made with a mayonnaise base, which gives it a distinct creamy texture, and is then layered with flavours like vinegar, black pepper, and sometimes mustard or horseradish. This sauce is known for its versatility and can be used on seafood.
