Ingredients
- 4 Chunky Fish Fingers
- 2 doorstop slices from a fresh loaf
- 2-3 Little Gem leaves, shredded
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 2 gherkins, sliced finely
- 2 tsp capers chopped
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- zest and juice of ¼ lemon
Instructions
- Grill, oven bake or air fry the fish fingers and slice your fresh bread into thickly wedged slices.
- Tartae sauce - Mix up all ingredients except the lettuce. Layer onto a piece of bread, then top with lettuce and a few extra slices of gherkin.
- Place on fish fingers and a little extra tartare sauce.. Classic!
