Ingredients

 

  • 4 Chunky Fish Fingers
  • 2 doorstop slices from a fresh loaf
  • 2-3 Little Gem leaves, shredded
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 2 gherkins, sliced finely 
  • 2 tsp capers chopped
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • zest and juice of ¼ lemon

Instructions

  • Grill, oven bake or air fry the fish fingers and slice your fresh bread into thickly wedged slices.
  • Tartae sauce - Mix up all ingredients except the lettuce. Layer onto  a piece of bread, then top with lettuce and a few extra slices of gherkin.
  • Place on fish fingers and a little extra tartare sauce.. Classic!
