Fish with Marmalade

Ingredients

 

8 whiting fillets

2 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp garlic, chopped

3 Tbsp orange marmalade

1/2 c white wine

1/4 c broccoli flowers

1/4 c broccoli tender stalk and broccoli leaves, diced

2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

2 sprig fresh dill, destemmed

1 Tbsp  herbes de provence)

olive oil, extra virgin for sprinkling

sesame seeds

Directions

1. After spraying your pan liberally, place it skin side of fish down.

2. Then, sprinkle the flour over the fish.

3. Follow by spreading marmalade and sprinkling garlic

.4. Cover fish with broccoli flowers, tender stalks, and leaves. Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add dill.

5. Pour wine around the rim of the pan.

6. Sprinkle olive oil very liberally over the entire dish.

7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and herb blend

8. Cover very tightly with tin foil. Bake at 200 celsius until fish is white and flaky.

Serve with mint yogurt sauce
