Ingredients:
- Fish fillets (such as tilapia or basa)
- Tamarind paste
- Mustard seeds
- Fenugreek seeds
- Curry leaves
- Onion, finely chopped
- Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 mixed chillies, slit
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Coconut milk
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions:
- Soak tamarind paste in water and extract the juice.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste; sauté until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder; sauté for a few minutes.
- Pour in tamarind extract and bring to a boil.
- Add fish fillets and cook for 10-12 minutes.
