Chow Mein Fish

🦑 Stir-Fried "Treasure of the Sea" Noodles. Indulge in the ultimate fusion of ocean-fresh and savoury texture. Our chow mein features a lavish medley of seafood: succulent prawns, tender calamari, and plump mussels, all expertly tossed with a vibrant collection of crisp, stir-fried vegetables. Everything is then coated in our rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced homemade sauce. It's a deep elixir that finishes with a beautiful mirror-like sheen.

Stir Fry

  • 2 tbsp Groundnut Oil 
  • 1 tbsp ginger , minced
  • 2  spring onions cut lengthways
  • 1/2 large white onion , sliced
  • 1 carrot , sliced into thin strips
  • 1 stalk celery , sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts

Instructions

  • Boil the noodles for 5 minutes. Once done, rinse the noodles with running tap water to stop cooking, drain, and set aside.
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet and add 1 tbsp of oil, add the ginger onion and spring onions.
  • Cook and stir for 30 seconds, or until the edges turn lightly golden.
  • Add the seafood mix, onion, and carrot. Cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add 1 tbsp of the sauce and continue to cook until the seafood is almost cooked through, transfer onto a big plate.
  • Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil and the noodles to the pan. and toss so they are coated. 
  • Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat the noodles evenly.
  • Once the noodles have absorbed most of the sauce, add the cooked seafood and all the veggie mixture, stir for 1 minute to toss everything together. Immediately transfer everything to serving plates.
