Slap Ya Mama Tacos

Ingredients (Serves 1)

• 150g Jumbo Prawns
• 3 tbsps Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning Hot Blend
  (coat prawns and shallow fry - toss in sauce below)
• Blue Cheese
• Soft Tacos
• 2 tbsp Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• Sea salt & ground black pepper

Hot honey sauce

• 1 cup Slap Ya Mama Sauce
• 1 cup Honey
• 3 tbsp minced garlic
• 30g butter (Heat and mix all in a pan)

Tacos

• Blue Cheese Crumbles (use half save rest for dressing)
• Spring onions onionsC
• Blue cheese dressing (Drizzle) mix remaining cheese with Sour cream and mayonnaise
• Fill tacos tortilla Shrimp, Blue Cheese Crumble, Green Onions, & Blue Cheese Dressing
