Sea Grape & Tuna Poke Bowl

This poke bowl celebrates contrast and freshness. Creamy avocado, cool cucumber, and peppery radish weave through the bowl, adding colour, crunch, and balance. Ingredients

  • 1 pouch prepared Sea Grapes
  • 1 cup sushi rice,
  • 1/4 cup diced sushi-grade tuna
  • edamame
  • avocado
  • cucumber
  • radish
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare the sea grapes by soaking them in cold water for 3 minutes to reduce saltiness.
  • Combine soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Assemble the bowl with rice, fish, and veggies, then top with a generous serving of sea grapes.
