Oven Roasted Marmalade Haddock

We use perfect flaky haddock fillets with a tangy orange marmalade. This creates a dish that's as delightful to the palate as it is visually stunning. Whether served with a side of roasted vegetables or a bed of potatoes, it's an exquisite choice for any occasion. To elevate the experience even further, we pair our haddock with a carefully crafted blend of herbs and spices. This harmonious seasoning enhances the natural flavours of the fish while complementing the sweetness of the marmalade. The result is a perfectly balanced dish that delights both casual diners and sophisticated food lovers alike.
