No Cooking Mackerel Ploughmans

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Instructions for plating up

  • Butter a slice or two of a seeded loaf, on top, place one or two mackerel fillets.
  • Chop some tomatoes and cucmbers and scatter over
  • Chop a few cubes of chesse on the side and a dollop of pickle.
  • Lay on a few lemon slices and rip and sprinkle on some parsley
  • Place a few sprigs of parsley over for dressing and season to taste
  • Add any other goodies you like.
